Welcomed from 4p.m. onwards until 8p.m. (later by prior arrangement).
Regret we cannot accommodate guests or their luggage before 4pm.
Failure to arrange late arrival after 8p.m. prior to arrival date or failure to contact us before 8p.m. if delayed will result in us treating the booking as a 'cancellation'.

By 10.30a.m. please.

In full at time of booking. Receipt emailed.
Debit card no surcharge.
Credit card 2.5% surcharge.

Minimum stay 2 nights all weekends all year round. Minimum stay 2 nights also from May - September inclusive, Bank Holidays, Christmas (unless there is a 1 night available between bookings).
Cancellation policy in brief:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If rooms re-let a refund may be given less 25%.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the 4p.m. arrival time there is no refund.
Please consider holiday insurance.
Some banks and cards automatically give holiday/travel cover but check with your provider.
All refunds at management discretion.
